Harper College is currently seeking applications for the position of Associate Dean of Academic Enrichment/Language Studies. The successful candidate will assist, manage, and support day-to-day Division Operations and implement new initiatives as directed using effective project management skills.

Requirements:

* Master's Degree, preferably in a discipline represented by the Division

* Two or more years full-time teaching in higher education

* Two or more years as a Department Chair, Program Coordinator, or similar academic leadership
