query: SOLEX College, an accredited, independent, for-profit, postsecondary institution located in Wheeling, IL is in need of a dynamic, results-driven, team-oriented, ESL program coordinator with demonstrated knowledge of educational methods/strategies, education networks, and educational program management experience.

The ESL program coordinator is responsible for all aspects of ESL management, including instructional oversight; curriculum development and delivery; program infrastructure; hiring, supervision and performance appraisal of faculty; strategic planning; and program evaluation. Preferred candidate will be a creative problem-solver with a demonstrated history of P & L responsibility with a customer focus, and knowledge of continuous improvement educational models.

Minimum qualifications: Master’s degree in Linguistics, TESL, or TESOL, or related area; 5-10 years teaching experience in the ESL field; and significant educational administration experience, preferably in the ESL field.
