POSITION: Part-time Adult Educator—English as a Second Language

City Colleges of Chicago (CCC) is seeking part-time Adult Educators for the spring ‘09 semester. Master’s degree preferred; bachelor’s degree in TESOL, Linguistics, Education, or related field required with at least one of the following: K-12 certification, previous experience teaching ESL to adults, current enrollment in a subject-appropriate Master’s degree program, or 15 or more graduate hours in related area.

The following position is available with Harry S. Truman College Adult Education (contingent on enrollment), spring semester 2nd session, beginning March 9:

Off Campus: Association House of Chicago, (Yates School Location, 1839 N. Richmond)

ESL Level 2: Mon - Thurs 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 pm. (Temporary 8 Weeks)

Salary is per Union contract. Closing date is February 14, 2009.
