 Dear Publisher:

You can reach at least 1,000 ESL and Bilingual educators--pre-Kindergarten through university and adult education--when you exhibit at ILLINOIS TESOL-BE events and advertise in its publications.  Workshops will be held on Saturday, October 18, 2008, at the College of DuPage and April 18, 2009, at North Park College, Chicago. Workshop attendance has ranged from 100 up to 200+.  The Thirty-fifth Annual State Convention will be Friday and Saturday, February 13-14, 2009, at the Holiday Inn Select, Naperville, IL.  As many as 900 people have attended the Annual Convention.

Exhibit and advertising rates are enclosed.  Prepaid reservations must be received no later than 30 days in advance of each workshop.  Reservations and payments for the Thirty-fifth Annual State Convention must be received by December 20, 2008. You may also rent demonstration room time slots for sales presentations, authors’ meetings, etc., during the convention.  All arrangements for a demonstration room or publisher event must be made through Exhibits and Advertising, NOT through the program chairperson.  Please see the Demonstration Proposal form.  Please submit one for each time slot you rent.   The deadline for copy and payment for advertising in the Program is December 20, 2008.

ILLINOIS TESOL-BE welcomes advertising in its ITBE Newsletter.  Circulation is more than 1,000 subscribers with at least 1,000 more pass-on readers. The deadlines for payment and copy for the ITBE Newsletter are June 15, 2008 for the Summer issue, September 15, 2008 for the Fall issue;  December 15, 2008 for the Winter issue;  March 15, 2009 for the Spring issue and June 15, 2009 for the Summer issue.
