Fall Virtual Workshop Proposal Submissions

Important Proposal Timeline Information: Chosen presenters will be presenting live virtually via Zoom. All accepted presenters must register to attend the virtual workshop which takes place on October 19, 2024. Specific details will be included with your proposal acceptance emails this fall.

ITBE’s process for the virtual conference proposals will include the following:

Proposal Submission Deadline	Monday, August 19, 2024
Proposal Review Process	August 19 - August 31
Proposal Final Decision Announced	September 2
Accepted Proposal Confirmation by Presenters	September 9
Accepted Presenters Registered for Virtual Event	September 20
Live Virtual Workshop	October 19

Proposal Technology Requirements:

The presentation will be done live via Zoom followed by a short live Q&A session. Your entire presentation and Q&A should be 50 minutes in length
