*Students: To receive the discounted rate for ITBE membership, you must email verification of full-time enrollment (e.g., class schedule or letter from the registrar) to membership@itbe.org. Your membership will be pending until your status is verified.
To take advantage of the student membership rate:
- Undergraduate students must be enrolled in 12 or more credit hours
- Graduate students must be enrolled in 9 or more credit hours
Illinois TESOL-BE is a volunteer-run organization. All of its activities, including the annual convention, are planned and orchestrated by volunteers. All members in good standing are invited to serve on committees, even if they are not an elected board member. Volunteering to serve on a committee is a great way to network among colleagues in ESL/BE and to contribute to the field. Volunteering is easy. Fill out the online Volunteer form below. Your request will be passed on to the appropriate committee chair.
